Gardenias from Tepito

¨Las Gardenias¨, an LGBTQ+ soccer team, has been playing for thirty years on a field known as ¨El Maracanᨠin Mexico City’s Tepito neighborhood.

On the eve of the match, three players: a housewife, a father, and a TV host navigate their daily lives like anyone else, embracing and affirming their identities.
